Why are you an oblate?
I attended the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University in Minnesota, so I have been steeped in Benedictinism for several years. I love the values and principles in the Rule--humility, stability, listening, hospitality, community, justice, seeking God each day...these are things I want to incorporate into my own life, and being an oblate is a wonderful way to do that.
