Goat Fest 2026

Goat Fest 2026 Photo Gallery

Goat Fest 2026 brought about 300 persons to Glinodo Center to spend a few hours enjoying a beautiful afternoon on Lake Erie. The goats from two farms, Let's Goat Buffalo and Rosemary and Pine, were a highlight with children and adults watching them help clear the woods of invasive species without harmful pesticides. It's called "goatscaping" and this is the fifth year the Goats have worked at Glinodo. Scroll down to view pictures.

Families walked the storybook trail featuring Mouse's Great Discovery by local artist Heather Cash. The Regional Science Consortium brought the HAB (Harmful Algal Bloom) Lab to educate visitors on keeping Lake Erie healthy and offer hands-on environmental education. Sister Marcia Sigler hosted a variety of crafts for kids and adults.

Local artist and printer Elizabeth Nawrocki designed a Goat Fest logo that she printed on shirts and bags that visitors brought to Goat Fest. A steady line kept her working all afternoon. The other souvenir was a photo in the Goat Fest photo booth. Therapy Dogs United offered a chance to cuddle with a pooch. Games, bubble, free snacks...a great afternoon.
