Sister Rose Ann Kolbas received her training and certification in spiritual direction from Shalem Institute in Washington, DC.

She taught many years in Erie diocesan schools and served as an administrative assistant at Second Harvest Food Bank. She was a Refugee Resettlement Instructor at Saint Benedict Education Center prior to taking her current position in the monastery's business office.

Sister Rose Ann is willing to accompany individuals as they become aware of the presence of God in their lives and seek ways to deepen this relationship.
